It is August, my flex spending card was supposed to arrive in December for use beginning in January. I have called Allied THREE times requesting the card that w supposed to be sent automatically.

My insurance admin at my employer has also called. I still have no card. I just called Allied again and the representative asks me if I have a reference number to prove that I requested a card, the same card that was supposed to be sent automatically. I asked her if she was kidding because I couldn't believe the burden of proof was on me to prove that I requested the card, again, this the card that is automatically supposed to be sent after signing up for flex spending account.

This same company refused to pay my daughter's health care claims for 8 months, sending letter after letter requesting information about additional insurance coverage. There is no additional coverage, I responded to letter after letter.

Again, my healthcare admin at work had to call and tell them to pay the claims and stop sending letters. It us bad wpenough having a child with a chronic health condition, but then to have to fight all the time with this comoany, I just hope other people have a better experience than mine.
